Bourbon or rye, Spiced Turbinado Rich Syrup, Angostura and orange bitters, Amarena Fabbri cherry, and a finishing spritz of Spiced Lemon oil.
Banana Chocolate Old Fashioned
Bourbon, Giffard Banane du Brésil, Tempus Fugit Banane (hard to find — use 1 oz Giffard alone if needed), Velvet Falernum, Aztec Chocolate Bitters, and Spiced Turbinado Rich Syrup — built the classic way with a banana chip garnish.
Vanilla Old Fashioned
Bourbon, Giffard Vanilla de Madagascar, and Bob's Vanilla Bitters — stirred, served over a large cube, with an expressed orange zest garnish.

Fat-Washing Spirits
Infuse bourbon (or rum, gin…) with bacon, brown butter, or coconut oil — then freeze the fat out. Flavor stays; grease does not.

Proper Ice
Big rocks, crushed ice, shaking ice, and clear ice from a cooler. Dilution is an ingredient — pick it on purpose.
Clear Ice at Home
Directional freezing, cooler vs molds, water myths, cutting tips, and how to stop serving cloudy tray ice in a rocks glass.
