Wings Night Kit
Food for the glass | Marinade · Ranch dip
A stocked galley already handles oil, garlic, and a skillet or smoker. Add the bright stuff and the dip dairy so wings night still feels intentional.
Already have
- Cooktop or grill / smoker access
- Olive oil, soy or tamari, honey, cumin, garlic
- Mixing bowl or zip bag
- Fridge or icebox space
Add for this cook
- Fresh limes and cilantro (or plan a town stop)
- Your preferred wing seasoning (e.g. Spanglish Asadero)
- For ranch: mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, parsley, dill (fresh or dried)
- Apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire if not already in the pantry
Nice if room
- Pecan or cherry wood for smoke
- Extra buttermilk to thin ranch for salads mid-week
Timing: Marinate wings about four hours. Ranch wants at least four hours in the cold — ideally overnight. Mix the dip the morning you roll or the night before.
